About

Where Art, Experience, and Intention Meet

I'm Melissa- the artist behind Adria Vivienne Design & Studio.

I am a fine art photographer specializing in maternity, newborn, family, and storytelling imagery — creating work that honors connection, emotion, and legacy over trends.

For over 13 years, I have devoted my career to preserving the most meaningful seasons of life with care, patience, and artistic intention. My approach is rooted in the belief that photographs should feel like memories — honest, timeless, and deeply personal — not staged moments designed for a momentary trend.

Every session I create is guided, calm, and thoughtfully curated. Especially in newborn photography, safety and experience are paramount. Your baby is never rushed, never forced into a pose, and always handled with respect and awareness. I work intuitively, allowing each session to unfold naturally while ensuring a peaceful environment for both baby and parents.

My Philosophy

I believe photographs are part of a family’s legacy.

They live on walls, in albums, and in the quiet moments years from now when memories begin to soften at the edges. Because of that, my work is intentional and considered — from the way I guide a session to the way each image is hand-edited.

I do not approach photography as volume-based work. I choose quality over quantity, depth over speed, and artistry over repetition. This allows me to give each family the time, attention, and care their story deserves.

What You Can Expect

When you work with me, you can expect:

A calm, guided experience from inquiry to delivery

An artist who values trust, patience, and emotional connection

A safety-focused approach, particularly for newborn sessions

Imagery that is timeless, emotive, and deeply personal

My clients often come to me not just for photographs, but for reassurance — knowing their memories are being created by experienced hands and an attentive eye.

Beyond the Camera

As my career continues to evolve, so does my commitment to education and mentorship within the photography community. I am actively developing resources and educational offerings centered on newborn safety, posing, and artistic storytelling — with the long-term goal of creating a space where photographers can learn with intention, responsibility, and respect for the craft.

Photography, for me, is not simply a profession. It is a responsibility — to the families who trust me, to the art itself, and to the legacy each image carries forward.

A Final Note

If you are seeking imagery that feels honest, refined, and deeply meaningful — created in a space that values calm, experience, and artistry — I would be honored to work with you.
